Vehicle Return
Please return the vehicle on time, to the agreed location, and in the same condition as received (except normal wear). If you return it elsewhere or after hours, you’re still responsible for it until we check it in.
You may be charged extra if the car is returned late, to a different location, or if we need to retrieve it.
What’s included in the price
The price covers everything that was agreed in the rate, including full insurance with no extra cost if something goes wrong. You're also fully covered if the car is stolen or damaged. Local taxes are included too.
Use & Responsibilities
Don’t make repairs or changes without our written approval. You’re responsible for returning it with the same fuel level — unless you prepaid for fuel.
You must report any accident, theft, or vandalism to us right away.
You're also responsible for all tolls, parking fines, and traffic violations during the rental. If we have to pay any of them on your behalf, we’ll charge you the full amount plus an admin fee (up to €100 per incident).
In Spain, we cover fines related only to missing toll transponders.

Vehicle Monitoring
Our vehicles may have GPS, telematics, or tracking systems installed. These can collect data like location, fuel level, speed, tire pressure, and more. We may use this information to locate, monitor, or disable the vehicle if needed, as allowed by law.
These systems might use mobile networks or wireless signals, so full privacy can't be guaranteed. If you connect your phone or device to the vehicle’s infotainment system, some personal data may be stored by the system — we don’t access or collect that information. Make sure all drivers and passengers are aware of this.
By renting, you agree to this tracking and release us from any issues caused by telematics systems or third-party providers.
